Why we started rise beyond development
Rise Beyond Development was founded to bring clarity, faith, and purpose to the often overwhelming recruiting process. Our dream is to develop the whole athlete – on the field, in the classroom, in faith, and in character – partnering with families every step of the way. We believe true success goes beyond stats and scholarships; it’s about preparing athletes for life.
Who we serve & the problems we solve
We focus on supporting young men aged 15-25, primarily football athletes at high school, college, and developmental levels. This is a critical season of life where boys transition into men. We provide essential guidance for athletes in underserved and hard-to-reach communities, and for families navigating recruiting, development, and crucial life decisions. We address the lack of access, mentorship, and opportunity many face.
Our unique approach to athlete development
Unlike traditional recruiting services, our goal transcends mere scholarships or offers. We exist to develop strong men, not just skilled players, creating opportunities for athletes globally, especially in overlooked communities. We help young men walk into adulthood with purpose, confidence, and integrity, rooted in Christian values. We don’t just ask, 'How good is the athlete?' We ask, 'Who are they becoming?'
